Who we are

SahajSuchna is run by Nupur Mithal, an individual, in India (“we”). Contact: support@sahajsuchna.com.

We are not the government

SahajSuchna is an independent, private product. We do not issue notices, run exams, collect fees or accept applications, and we are not linked to any government body. The official notice on the official website is always the authority. Before you apply, pay, or act on anything, check the official source — every notice links to it.

AI summaries can be wrong

Summaries, fact sheets and Ask AI answers are generated with the help of AI from official documents. They can be incomplete or wrong, especially about dates, fees and eligibility. They are a helper, not advice. We are not responsible for decisions you make without checking the official document.

Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone. Keep access to them private.
• You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account › Privacy. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• scrape, copy or resell the service or its content in bulk;
• try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or to mislead others about official notices;
• send reports or messages that are abusive, false or spam.

We may suspend or close accounts that do, without refund.

Paid plans

• Plus and Pro are prepaid for 30 or 365 days. They do not renew automatically; nothing is charged again unless you buy again.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay.
• All payments are final. We do not give refunds, full or partial, including for unused days. See the Refund Policy.
• Deleting your account ends any active plan immediately, with no refund.

Ads

Free access is paid for by ads, shown only if you allow them. Our ad spaces sit outside notice summaries and documents, and Plus and Pro have no ads.

Content and ownership

Official notices and documents belong to the bodies that publish them; we link to them and show them for reference. Our summaries, design and software belong to us. You may share links to SahajSuchna freely.

No warranty, and limits on our liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it is complete, correct, up to date or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on a summary instead of the official source, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
