Refund Policy
Plus and Pro are prepaid plans. Please read this before you pay.
No refunds
All payments are final. We do not give refunds, full or partial, for Plus or Pro, including for unused days.
The free plan gives full access to every notice, so you can try SahajSuchna before you pay.
No automatic renewal
Plans last 30 or 365 days from payment and then end. We never charge you again unless you buy again, so there is nothing to cancel.
If money left your account but the plan did not start
This is not a refund case — it is a payment that did not complete. Write to support@sahajsuchna.com with your order id (shown in Account › Billing). We will either start your plan, or the failed transaction is reversed to your account by your bank or Cashfree Payments within the timelines set by the Reserve Bank of India.
Deleting your account
If you delete your account, any active plan ends immediately and is not refunded. See the Privacy Policy.
